Stress Busters!

Now offering a new service to business and work people out there...

We all are engaged in business, the business of LIFE!  And it can get STRESSFUL!  Lately, I see more and more people dealing with panic attacks, anxiety, chronic fatigue and much more, and so many of these issues relate back to STRESS!

Now, as part of our list of services available, I also offer our STRESS BUSTER program.  It is available ONE ON ONE,  GROUP TRAINING FORM and Audio Self Help Format!

One On One- we meet in my office, and conduct SIX, count 'em SIX HSR/ hypnosis sessions to help you deal and diffuse the stress in your life to a level that allows you to COPE and will teach you some techniques for dealing with the HAVE TO's, Should's and MUST'S in your life that can get you to the breaking point.

Everyone today is OVER WORKED in every role in every company!  As children, we know what to do when too much is too much, we cry, we pout, we make ourselves sick.  As Adults, we can't do those things- but left alone, and stress will drive us to all those things or worse.
